11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
⚖️ Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Many Soft individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
